wireless-tools is deprecated so we'll need to figure out what will fit into
its place to let the package build.
tolua++ needs a little work to build on epel8 from the looks of it. If I
can figure out the dep tree and get them building along with conky against
epel8 (I'll aim for epel9 too) then I'll submit the necessary requests to
help maintain the packages.
