The last message on this was that alpine was going to get into EPEL at
1.0 mark. I didn't see that 1.0 came out.. I just saw the 0.99999
version and thought that was the latest so I took the 0.9999 version
in koji and moved it to 0.999999
Alpine is in Fedora; branches for EPEL were created, but seems never
imported and build. I thought EPEL was the initial target for EPEL:
