was causing troubles with upgrades. * Modify required version of koji package.
The previous version of rpkg used some functionality, that was introduced in
koji-1.17. ---- The update contains some bugfixes and small enhancement: -
Custom handler for koji watch_tasks - it shows correct hint regarding 'brew/koji
watch-task' when build is interrupted by a user. - Different import --offline
command behaviour - it fixes previously presented feature, that allows parameter
--offline when importing srpms. - Shows nvrs in container-build
