My preference is to move everything out to ChangeLog.old.
It makes it easier to search for things in the spec file
without hitting comments that match.

Okay, I can do that for the next update.
I have a vague memory of having done that years ago, so there already
should be a ChangeLog.old that you can prepend these logs to.

In 2014 we created ChangeLog.old for exactly this purpose.
