Summary: xmobar desktop file should not appear in Gnome menu
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=674731
Summary: xmobar desktop file should not appear in Gnome menu
Product: Fedora
Version: rawhide
Platform: Unspecified
OS/Version: Unspecified
Status: NEW
Severity: unspecified
Priority: unspecified
Component: xmobar
AssignedTo: mathstuf(a)gmail.com
ReportedBy: petersen(a)redhat.com
QAContact: extras-qa(a)fedoraproject.org
CC: mathstuf(a)gmail.com, fedora-haskell-list(a)redhat.com
Classification: Fedora
Description of problem:
I think xmobar doesn't need to be listed in the desktop menu.
So the desktop file should be marked as "hidden".
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start gnome desktop
2. yum install xmobar
3. check Accessories menu
Actual results:
"XMobar status bar" listed
Expected results:
xmobar not to be listed, since it is not an application.
