You can use now HACKAGE-DEFAULT for both URL and the regular expression
to get the ghc packages checked. If the package name starts with "ghc-",
this prefix is removed. If this prefix needs to be kept for some reason,
the full package name needs to be specfied after a colon for the URL
alias, e.g.
ghc-foobar HACKAGE-DEFAULT HACKAGE-DEFAULT:ghc-foobar
