Thanks for reply.
1. Let me try using this information to setup radius and pppoe and I will
let you know back.
2. I am using sendmail not postfix. Please let me know is it possible for
the email reports and email forwarding.
You can forward incoming emails using .forward files and for reporting
use any of the sendmail log analyzers:
http://sareport.darold.net/
http://sourceforge.net/projects/sa-report/
http://www.klake.org/sma/
http://www.enderunix.org/isoqlog/
Can also use this milter for BCC:

Just wondering how your subscribers are going to connect. Which DSLAM
do you plan to use ?
> 2.????? Is it possible to setup user email address to forward send/receive
mails to another user. For instance, If user(a)domain.com is sending mails to
outside, I want to forward to user2(a)domain.com even though if he is not
copied when user mail.
You can do that using postfix and the "sender_bcc" and
"recipient_bcc"
parameters.

address, sender, receiver, date, Subject and header.
postfix-pflogsumm should be able to generate most of the reports from
the mail logs but for Subject and Header you will need to do some
tweaking. Usually this information is not logged.
