[OS-BUILD PATCHv2 2/2] redhat: ignore ksamples and kselftests on the badfuncs rpminspect test

Forbidden function symbols found: inet_addr ... On Fedora for example, current rpminspect-data-fedora so far not allows inet_addr which makes the test output entries like above. But since those ksamples/kselftests are just used for testing/examples in the kernel and are not supported user space binaries, just ignore them from the test, we don't care if they use functions marked as 'deprecated'.
