The merged config options don't appear to be complete, in my testing the at
keyboard is required by the hyperv_keyboard driver to actually enable the
keyboard. Hence why I opened 1525 by itself.
But I have to ask, Is the ampere box running a released version of windows,
because AFAIK we have all these arm laptops/etc in the field and right now,
because hypervisor fix isn't yet released, they don't work, which is a bit off
a bad look. It might be nice if fedora+centos worked for the next few months
until MS fixes hyperv on those machines. I wish there was a way to tag the
"workaround" as having a 6 month lifetime/etc, but I don't know how to pull
that off.
