A distro-sync or system update should sync to the latest comps
additions so it should get pulled in as part of one of the supported
upgrade processes.
I don't know about the dnf system-upgrade plugin but I'm pretty
sure that distro-sync does not care about comps.
Regardless of the upgrade question though, we need to add the
Requires to fix sound breaking for people who are sticking with
F31 for now.
