[PATCH] Update combined table for Python 3

Hi,
I did a revamp on the Debian package for python-kitchen and I'd like to
propose a few patches. The first one is this.
When testing the package for Python 3, I noticed a failure. It had to
do with the fact that the combined table being generated on the fly was
different from the one present on kitchen3/kitchen/text/display.py. I
noticed that the static table had been generated using an old version of
the Python 3 interpreter, so I regenerated it with Python 3.5.
Here is the patch. I confess I don't know much about this code, so feel
free to correct me if there's anything wrong.
