Failed builds are never imported. Their logs remain in the work
directory and most Koji instances clear old content from there
regularly. You won't find a long history of failed build logs.
Even when builds are successful, the logs are not specifically tracked
in the database, though the getBuildLogs call will return a list of
the log files for a given build (by looking at the fs).
You seem to know the paths to these logs already. Which part of this
are you having trouble generating?
