If we apply that logic to EPEL-5, then we shouldn't be copying the
Fedora 9 mingw packages there - we should be -resyncing them to
match the versions distributed in RHEL-5.
If Levente is going to (co-)maintain them then I'm happy with keeping
in synch with Fedora packages as he requires.
OTOH it's quite likely that the Fedora packages would work directly on
RHEL. They hardly use any native shared libraries beyond glibc.
