[mingw32-filesystem] Fixed the -n option with _mingw32_debug_package macro

commit 82ecebcd825286860b073a6a35e10bee1c092ea6 Author: Kalev Lember <kalev(a)smartlink.ee&gt; Date: Tue May 24 10:54:33 2011 +0300 Fixed the -n option with _mingw32_debug_package macro The -n option was passed down to -debuginfo subpackage's %package and %description sections, but not to %files. This change fixes %files to work the %same way as %package and %description.
