p11-kit's upstream just finished an initial win32 port, but I think it's
still a little rough around the edges. If you want to package p11-kit
up, I'd be happy to help where I can.
Is Rawhide ready for the new package guidelines (to me it looks like
it isn't)? Or should I follow the current (F15) guidelines?
Nope, not ready. Just use the guidelines from:

Also, there's a #fedora-mingw IRC channel on freenode if you ever find a
need to get a second pair of eyes to look over any changes or discuss
something quickly.
