Please welcome new neuro-sig sponsors gui1ty and music

Hi folks,
Just as an FYI, I've requested infra to add gui1ty and music as sponsors
to the neuro-sig FAS group. I'm sure you've all seen how much work they
do for the group, on the packages and otherwise, and will agree that
they should be in-charge of the FAS group too. It also ensures that we
spread our responsibilities and have fewer points of contacts/failures.
The current list of sponsors now is:

A few of us are also sponsors to the packager group (which one must be a
member of before they can join the neuro-sig group), and also proven
packagers. So if there's anything at all we can help with, please do
reach out to us (especially if you'd like to become a packager---we can
really use more hands to help with our ~300 packages :)).

PS: Please note that this is different from the Pagure neuro-sig group.
The FAS group members maintain all the Fedora packages. The Pagure group
is unrelated and only gives members access to the Pagure repos that we
