Becouse on FC3 SELinux is enable as default, I think, that I have to write a own suck.fc file to put suck in the same domain as inn.
Now I will aks, how ist the best practice to distribute a *.fc file in a Fedora Extra package.

The best practice at the moment is to submit it as a patch in Bugzilla against the selinux-policy-strict package. Or submit it upstream at selinux@tycho.nsa.gov.

If suck is just going to run with the inn policy you should just add the appropriate lines of suck to innd.fc
fc files are only used if there is a matching te file.
