The collection converter script copies the plugins to the appropriate
locations here.

Regarding the paths, the network role is in the good shape. Only
exceptions are the 2 CI tests tests_unit.yml and
tests_integration_pytest.yml which directly access the library and the
module_utils, which should be taken care in this PR.

Currently, there is a known issue in loading module_utils with Ansible
2.9+ on python 3.
