[Systemroles] Working with the System Roles Template

Hi, I've used the template at https://github.com/linux-system-roles/template to start working on a system role 'pam_pwd'. Since I started my work there were some commits to the template. Do I have to rebase/merge these changes into my local branch before I could send a PR for my role? Regards, Joerg
