If you're unsure, mail an appropriate list. If you're not even sure what
list to mail, mail wiki@ and someone will (hopefully!) point you in the
right direction.
* When should I use an article's talk page?
Nobody appears to use these pages unless they're instructed to, sadly.
They tend to get ignored. Personal communication is best -- for added
transparency, CC a list.
