Neville, it happens that we have the resources to do so, we are not
asking LATAM, what if we ask is that Fedora Perù redirected to the new
domain that we want to assign.
we are losing many early adopters in Peru, where the statistics
indicate that we have grown 70% more here, thanks to our effort and
dedication, Fedora in Peru, is arming and hard for January starts its
activities, we have good partners, people who have committed
themselves to grow in Peru.
It is worth it if a representative wants to give its support us we are
willing to accept and be well spent, for the growth of Fedora Perù.

I think that people beyond LATAM may not know what is happening in Perú.
The internet service provider have blocked access to
www.proyectofedora.org (LATAM infaestructure), probably due a
misconfiguration on DNS servers. They blame the website because it is
easier than fix the problem.
Have you dig about the name of some authority on the ISP to whom can
be addressed a letter/mail? There is no goverment telecommunication
agency where you can file a complaint about this? At least in
Nicaragua you call tech support and they blame somebody else, you
write a letter to the ISP with copy to the national telecommunication
board and you get solutions fast.
What I do not follow is what you want. When you said "our resources"
you mean Fedora Peru Resources? LATAM Resources? Fedora Project
Resources?
As far as I know, not everybody is using Fedora Project or LATAM resources.
The group from El Salvador requested space in LATAM infraestructure
and because of delays they set up their own domain/hosting. They have
their site working now.
In Nicaragua we looked for local sponsorship to get our hosting and
managed to get the domain name for free. We did not pursued LATAM
infraestructure because we aimed to have a local repo, which is now
working.
