Agreed with Tatica.
Personally not been as active as before, but still part of the local
Fedora group activities. From start Ambassadors was a voluntary program
we do what we can when we can and it used to be an smile and thanks at
the end of anything we did. As a former FAMSCO member we use to have
contact with members on the meetings (now there are no meetings at
least Latam) no organization to share thoughts, ideas and to be in
contact with others Ambassadors and members of Fedora, there is no bond
between us. There were lots of sharing on Email list and IRC many of
that is on Telegram channels but in a way it has dissipate our efforts
or we have lost our goals.
We may need to get new goals and make our Ambassadors part of this new
strategic, but we also need some leadership or incentive.
My two cents.

What a beautiful write-up @tatica.
I agree with each and everything you wrote. Huge +1.
