Has such an impression been given out by FAmSCo ? That mentors are
first among equals ?
No, I said that we need to clearly state that to avoid fresh
ambassdors to look at mentor status as the required next step. Having
so many things to do in the project, they should feel free to choose
any part to contribute. As I have received this question privately a
few times, I draw the conclusion that mentor may be seeing from a
fresh ambassadors as the "black belt master" or "jedi masters" and
they of course may think that any padawan should go pursue straight
ahead the master status. I hope that I have made myself clear, I have
not said that within any part of the community has grow that idea, but
that I interpreted that from newcomers.
