The goal is basically to be able to run "autoqa ..." directly from the checkout directory, without installing it. It should load all files from that directory (config files, libraries, everything). On the other hand, if I have autoqa installed and run it, it should load system-wide files, not the local ones, even if I have CWD set to the checkout directory accidentally. Definitely not a finger food.
