Some summary of what position of E&S is supposed to be and what is our
mission and more concrete plans in the Fedora.next initiative is
something to be written so far.
Well, as I finally got to read the thread "RepoFunnel and the Software
Component Pipeline", I feel this is somewhat similar to what I meant to
