Graham Dumpleton (the author of mod_wsgi) has been doing some work with Docker around making it as easy as possible to get Python WSGI applications up and running under Apache: http://blog.dscpl.com.au/2014/12/hosting-python-wsgi-applications-using.html He knows as much as anyone about how best to configure such systems, so those images could be worth a look in terms of coming up with Fedora Cloud based Docker images for Python web service hosting.
