[EPEL-devel] EPEL packaging items in RHEL7 workstation

EPEL is packaging items that are in RHEL7 workstation because they are not available in the EPEL7 buildroots, e.g.: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1234052 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1256545 I saw a brief mention of this from the steering committee log from 7/10.
