Then we need to take the public mirror down or do something with it
because people are reading "not ready for public" yet there it is.
I asked dgilmore to put everything in a testing directory to make it
more obvious that EPEL is not live yet. He did that iirc, but it seems
the mirror scripts didn't take it up properly.
