It looks like you use "none" LCD filtering from the screenshot. But it is strange that you see this in so many different environments. I guess that you have it set globally in a place like "/etc/fonts/conf.d/". Does any of the files there contain "lcdnone" string?
No. Also, `rpm -Va /etc/fonts` does not return any modifications there.
Do you see the problem under a new user?
No, I don't. So the problem is with my user account. Thanks for the hint!
