There's not really any component for it I'm afriad.
I'd advise you to mail the devel list ( devel@lists.fedoraproject.org ) and/or the fonts-sig ( fonts@lists.fedoraproject.org ) and see if you can interest someone in packaging it up.
We do have a 'wishlist' on our wiki, but it's not really used or looked at these days that I know of.

The fix is waiting for redhat-rpm-config maintainers to finish bikeshedding a macro name https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/redhat-rpm-config/pull-request/83#comment...
Also monoid uses a lot of python2 build scripts, someone needs to check or port those to python3
