You can allocate your own OID branch here:

Once you've got assigned own OID branch by IANA, it is up to you how
you'd allocate elements under that branch. Typically people split it
into a separate sub-branch for attributes and a separate sub-branch for
object classes. Then they keep this list for themselves and ensure that
new elements added with unique numbers within those sub-branches.
