Not sure what to do about F22. I expect many more Makefile
conflicts
there, making backports more of a hassle there. (For F23, it was
mostly the volume of patches to deal with.)
Leave F22 out of it. The Makefile and build conflicts are going to make
this more work than it's worth. So I think F23, and F24 are primary focus,
and working out a process we can maintain. Keep in mind that the whole
cycle repeats again in 6 months time ;-)
