[fedora-india] Small problem with Panel

I think there's a little problem with the bottom panel in Fedora 13. The problem occurs when you : 1. Right click bottom panel --> Properties --> Uncheck Expand. 2. Restart System Symptom : Upon restart, The bottom panel is oriented 'Top' and is aligned just below the top panel. Also, the Trash and Workspace Switcher are aligned left in the already unexpanded panel. realigning and restarting doesn't solve the problem. If anyone else faces the same issue, respond please.
