Your message to the redhat mirror-list has been dropped as you need to
subscribe first to that list to post. I am now answering here.
Your MirrorManager entry looks correct so far. To specify the URLs you
have to click on the "Categories Carried" -> "Fedora EPEL" in your
case.
That is where you can enter the URLs.
You could manage both hosts under one site. This means you do not have
to create a site for
mirror-fr1.bbln.org and
mirror-fr2.bbln.org but
just a single site (e.g.,
bbln.org) and add both hosts under that site.
You can also just leave it as it is. Whatever suits you best.
The entry under "Categories Carried" is correct it just needs some URLs
and you should soon see traffic on your mirrors.
Thanks for your support and if there are any further questions do not
hesitate to ask.

Dear,
Hereby I contact you as we have set up two mirrors for the Fedora
(EPEL) repository. For years I have hosted different kinds of services
on my own servers or server I rent. The majority of these services are
offered free to the public and I get a kick out of offering services
which help spread open source software.
I am a 27 year old guy from The Netherlands who works at one of the
biggest hosting companies of the country. In my spare time I mostly am
busy managing and administrating my servers.
The two mirrors that have been set up are:
-
mirror-fr1.bbln.org/epel ( 178.33.193.139 / 2001:41d0:a:6dd1::139 )
Location: Gravelines, France
Outgoing traffic: 500 Mbps
Protocols: rsync, http, https, ftp
-
mirror-fr2.bbln.org/epel ( 5.135.162.176 / 2001:41d0:8:e5b0::1 )
Location: Roubaix, France
Outgoing traffic: 100 Mbps
Protocols: rsync, http, https, ftp
If you have any question or suggestions I like to hear from you.
Best regards,
