That's fine. As Fedora 7 is past end-of-life, and not receiving any updates either,
you can rsync it from
archive.fedoraproject.org or one of its mirrors, just once, and not
again. I don't think you need to be subscribed to mirror-list-d, and I bet you
don't even need to register in MirrorManager.
