A few years ago Fedora switched to MirrorManager[1]. During the
migration to this new management system all mirrors where imported from
the old list. Every mirror admin had the opportunity to create an entry
by themselves to better control the settings of that mirror.
Your mirror is still listed under those imported mirrors and not managed
by you or the former admin of that mirror. If you want you can create
your entry in MirrorManager and better control the settings of your
mirror. Have a look at the wiki[2] for further information.
