receiving options with pycups

Hi people!
I have successfully created a Connection and printed a page. What I
figure out, that if I print a "file" (a TIFF Page), the output is
totally different, as if I would manually print the page from a viewer
GUI app.
How do I get the available "options" of a printer through pycups, which
I want to use for printing. Let us say, the system predefined standard
printer.
