Hi all,
I'm trying to retrieve the data as it is presented to KOAN using python following the documentation at https://fedorahosted.org/cobbler/wiki/CobblerXmlrpc however I keep running into the following error:
===========================
print server.get_system_as_rendered("tmp")
Traceback (most recent call last): File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module> File "/usr/lib/python2.6/xmlrpclib.py", line 1199, in __call__ return self.__send(self.__name, args) File "/usr/lib/python2.6/xmlrpclib.py", line 1489, in __request verbose=self.__verbose File "/usr/lib/python2.6/xmlrpclib.py", line 1253, in request return self._parse_response(h.getfile(), sock) File "/usr/lib/python2.6/xmlrpclib.py", line 1392, in _parse_response return u.close() File "/usr/lib/python2.6/xmlrpclib.py", line 838, in close raise Fault(**self._stack[0]) xmlrpclib.Fault: <Fault 1: "<type 'exceptions.AttributeError'>:CobblerXMLRPCInterface instance has no attribute 'lower'"> ==========================
Is this a bug that I need to file with someone, or am I doing something wrong?
Ubuntu Lucid Python 2.6 Cobbler cloned from git.fedorahosted
Kind regards,
Matt

I see that too. The workaround for me was to use "get_system_for_koan()"
