5 seems valid to me. It does not matter if debmirror package is not
available
in CentOS7 repositories, you will not be able to manage Debian distros
without it.
4 seems a bug. Opened an issue at Cobbler issue tracker:
https://github.com/cobbler/cobbler/issues/1396
You probably can ignore those warnings for now.

Hi all,
I had met the same question, I installed the cobbler-2.6.7-1.el7.noarch
on CentOS7, and ran cobbler check, it give the folloing tips:
----------------------
[root@rdo bruce]# cobbler check
The following are potential configuration items that you may want to fix:
1 : Unknown distribution type, cannot check for running service dnsmasq
2 : Unknown distribution type, cannot check for running service cobblerd
3 : some network boot-loaders are missing from /var/lib/cobbler/loaders, you
may run 'cobbler get-loaders' to download them, or, if you only want to
handle x86/x86_64 netbooting, you may ensure that you have installed a
*recent* version of the syslinux package installed and can ignore this
message entirely. Files in this directory, should you want to support all
architectures, should include pxelinux.0, menu.c32, elilo.efi, and yaboot.
The 'cobbler get-loaders' command is the easiest way to resolve these
requirements.
4 : file /etc/xinetd.d/rsync does not exist
5 : Apache (httpd) is not installed and/or in path
6 : One or more repos need to be processed by cobbler reposync for the first
time before kickstarting against them: epel7-x86_64-testing, epel7-x86_64
Restart cobblerd and then run 'cobbler sync' to apply changes.
---------------------------
For these question, I spend some time to figure out what wrong:
1.The dnsmasq is runing.
[root@rdo bruce]# service dnsmasq status
Redirecting to /bin/systemctl status dnsmasq.service
dnsmasq.service - DNS caching server.
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/dnsmasq.service; enabled)
Active: active (running) since Tue 2015-06-09 18:30:48 CST; 15h ago
Main PID: 5984 (dnsmasq)
CGroup: /system.slice/dnsmasq.service
└─5984 /usr/sbin/dnsmasq -k
2.The cobblerd service is also running.
[root@rdo bruce]# service cobblerd status
Redirecting to /bin/systemctl status cobblerd.service
cobblerd.service - Cobbler Helper Daemon
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/cobblerd.service; enabled)
Active: active (running) since Tue 2015-06-09 18:11:54 CST; 15h ago
Main PID: 1373 (cobblerd)
CGroup: /system.slice/cobblerd.service
└─1373 /usr/bin/python2 /usr/bin/cobblerd -F
3.The elilo.efi is missing, exec cobbler get-loaders, I can't get it,but
other is OK.
[root@rdo bruce]# cobbler get-loaders --force
