Yes, correct. That is the source of the Release Notes, and content
should be edited at the source.
I had noticed a number of issues with placement/ordering of things.
I
think I got one or two in bugzilla but it wasn't clear that was the right
place to report such things. Unfortunately, I've now forgotten what I
discovered *after* I put some stuff in bugzilla, so I suppose it is a
rediscovery!
If there are bugs in Bugzilla we should handle those as well. Thanks
for taking the time to file them; it really does help.
