this error means that the email address listed doesn't exist in
bugzilla. Usually the person has several email addresses that htey use
but only one of them maps to a bugzilla email so you have to ask them
which is the correct one to use.

Yeah, Zach just shot me a message saying that he had changed his email
address. I can fix it tonight unless you want to make the change. It
should be zoglesby(a)zach.tk, now.
