We used to have a weekly Zikula meeting before the licensing issues brought us to a screeching halt. We are mostly beyond that, now. To meet the Insight time-line Zikula needs to be up and running in 2.5 months (at Alpha). That would also work for Docs as well.
The following people need to be at the meeting:
David (ke4qqq) Eric (Sparks) Mel (mchua) Simon (itbegins) Anyone else?
If those NEED people could send me their available times I'll put together a time to meet.
Also, we could use some additional packagers. If you would like to help us out, please let me know that as well and I'll include your schedule in my consideration.
Thanks, Eric

If you'd like to help, don't know how to package, but want to learn, there are a bunch of us in the same or close-to-the-same situation (me, Karsten, Matthew Daniels, Aaron Clark, etc...) trying to get a Learn To Package! week together - join us on the Classroom (https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/classroom, https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Classroom) mailing list if you're interested, I'm going to start a thread there now.
It might not help us out tremendously *right now*, to be completely honest - but we *will* need to fine-tune, tweak, revise, and launch v.2.0 of all these sites at *some* point in the future, and capacity-building for that day is a Very Good Idea.
(If you *can* package and want to teach others how to package so we can tackle this stuff so you don't have to, please please please *please* let us know.)

For ease, let's use this: http://whenisgood.net/wrfR4X. Please fill in when you are available for a meeting each week.

We were discussing what to tackle, since doing actual classroom work on a package we need makes even more sense, and I'm thinking we should (try) to do a Zikula package; maybe an easier one?
Still, though, the week of 4 Jan is awful late for that, I should hope we'd have them all in by then.
Can we get a few of y'all to list out to Fedora Planet, maybe fedora-devel-list the specific needs we have?
I.e., not just "HALp!1!" but specific lists of what we know we need so far.

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_Insight#Packaging is what I know about, which mostly links to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Zikula#Module_status.
At our first meeting we should go through and make sure that list is up to date, and then go "HALP!"
