Open Questions - Playground: Signing

Proposal: I propose using obs-signd for Copr packages hosted in Playground repo. The obs-signd won't be much work. I'd like to volunteer Josef, who is working on his thesis OBS in Fedora, to work on it sooner than on other packages. Let's use the same system, which we used for approval of Playground repo: mirroring.
