Hello,
I am interested in contributing to the Fedora project. I have used
Redhat and Fedora for 4 to 5 years as my desktop. I have been working
at Penn State for 25 years in IT. Most of it has been working as a
mainframe system administrator. I currently am transitioning from
mainframe storage administation to a storage engineering group. I
earned a Bachelors degree in computer science in college, where I
programmed in all the languages popular way back then. I worked as a
COBOL programmer for a few years right out of college. I am learning
Python3. I would like to contribute by applying my programming skills.
We are using Nexenta Store, which uses OpenSolaris/Illuminos, for the
ZFS filesystem. Anything I could do with storage would be great, too.
Let me know how I can help the project. I am flexable.

Hello!
Are any newcomers here on the list still waiting to introduce
themselves? Please take this opportunity to come forward and tell us a
little about yourself, how you'd like to contribute to Fedora and how we
can help you quickly get started!
Please take this opportunity to introduce yourself and ask *any*
questions you have. We'll be more than happy to help you become a part
of the Fedora community!
There's a lot of work going on in Fedora with Fedora 21 coming up really
soon. We have a lot of testing, a lot of marketing, a lot of designing,
a lot of events, and of course, a lot of development. It's a great time
to join in and get started!
PS: Fedora 21 is at Beta! If you haven't begun testing it yet,
now is a great time to begin!
