Description of problem: Country Name list is untranslated while configure Mobile Broadband with NM.
/usr/share/mobile-broadband-provider-info/serviceproviders.xml
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): mobile-broadband-provider-info-1.20100122-1.fc13.noarch.rpm NetworkManager-0.8.1-5.git20100818.fc14.x86_64.rpm
How reproducible: 100%
Steps to Reproduce: 1. Right Click on NM applet 2. Edit Connection 3. Mobile Broadband->Add->Next 4. Check Country List
Actual results: it is Untranslated
Expected results: it need to be translated.
