I am confused by your answers. The entry in MirrorManager for your mirror was created a few days ago, so I assumed it was you who created it. I mentioned it already two times that you have to create a category under "Categories Carried". Can you see that? You add the category ("Fedora EPEL") in your case and then you add the URLs.
