Your rsync command looks alright. I am hoping you are not running rsync
as root. Then you can drop '--numeric-ids'. Unfortunately your mirror is
extremely out of date. The latest version in updates and release is
Fedora 18. Which is odd if you are regularly running the rsync command.
You really should not be syncing from the master mirror. There is a tier
1 mirror in Brazil which should give you much better download speeds.
