Fedora 31 is hardlinked to /pub/archives

/pub/fedora/linux/releases/31 /pub/fedora/linux/updates/31 /pub/fedora/linux/updates/testing/31 /pub/fedora-secondary/releases/31 /pub/fedora-secondary/updates/31 /pub/fedora-secondary/updates/testing/31 have all been hardlinked copied to /pub/archive and the fullfiletimelist have been updated. In the first week of December, I will ask for mirrors to point to the archives, and remove the data from the main repos. I will also clean out the 33_Beta at that time and have that removed from mirrormanager -- Stephen J Smoogen.
