You need to add a category under "Categories Carried ". In your case that would be "Fedora EPEL" and then add all your URLs to that category.
For our mirror crawler we would prefer a RSYNC URL if that is possible. Crawling via RSYNC is the most efficient. Especially when compared to HTTP.
