Thanks for supporting Fedora. Looking at your mirror it seems mirroring
has not yet finished. I see nothing in
http://fedora.xfree.com.ar/epel/
and
http://fedora.xfree.com.ar/linux/
also looks wrong. As soon as you fix the content of those directories
mirrormanager will detect it and redirect clients to your mirror.
